Microwave it or freeze it. Each order comes in your choice of a 5 or 10 pack for a variety of uses from calming down the kid's scraps and bruises, to managing that pesky arthritis pain. Throw a couple in the freezer and a few by the microwave, ready and waiting. When you're done, just throw them back in the freezer or next to the microwave for next time. There's no special instructions. Our inner gel does not freeze, but stays soft. On the reverse side is a non-woven cloth backing to aid in the desired level of heat or coldness, without irritating your skin. Contents are non-toxic. |
